School Break Days
School gave us a 3 week winter break and I did many things which included going to Mexico for the first week of vacation and then coming back to Cali to stay with my cousin's for Christmas until New Year's and then the rest of the time off was for myself or to do some fun stuff with my friends. During our trip to Mexico we stayed in the ranch that my family owns and had an early Christmas celebration which included lots of delicious food, fireworks and the famous among them all, la piñata.It was really fun and I’m looking forward for this year’s Christmas as
well. When Christmas week came in, my family and I stayed at my cousin's house to celebrate since it is a tradition of ours and we made lots of delicious food like tamales, arroz con leche, pastries, and my favorite of all, posole. There was lots of left overs even though we ate alot but it was worth gaining the extra pounds. We stayed up till midnight to open presents and it was an amazing moment since I experienced lots of happy moment and memorable ones as well. Christmas was over and we had to wait for New Years so during those days we did alot of fun stuff like ice skating and going to the mountains to see the snow and many other stuff until New Years Eve came and we made another feast and waited till midnight to welcome in the New Year. We celebrated and that was pretty much it. During the rest of the time left of our break, I stayed home and watched anime or kdramas and helped around the house like usual. On some days I went out with my friends, we went to watch a movie, go to the mall, or just hang out in someone's house and it was really fun. The last day...yesterday, I went to Little Tokyo and ate ramen and mochi and when I got back home, I spent it drawing and watching anime.
